The Indian Navy has issued an official notification inviting applications from unmarried male and female candidates for the recruitment of Agniveer Mr and SSR for 02/2025, 01/2026, and 02/2026 batches. Candidates who meet eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website of the Indian Navy. Qualification statement
For Agniveer Mr:
Candidates should pass matriculation (10th) examination with minimum 50% total marks from a recognized board.
For Agniveer SSR:
Candidates should pass 10+2 with mathematics and physics and at least one subject: Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science.
Or
A three -year diploma in engineering (any section mentioned in the notification) was passed in engineering with 50% total marks.
Or
Passed a two -year business course with physics and mathematics from a recognized board with 50% marks.
Age limit details
Should be born among candidates 01 September 2004 to 31 December 2008 (Both dates inclusive).
Eligibility for each batch (02/2025, 01/2026, 02/2026) will be considered as per the age criteria mentioned above.
Pay details
Agnivers will be paid monthly package with a monthly package starting from ₹ 30,000:
- 1st year: ₹ 30,000
- Second year: ₹ 33,000
- Third year: ₹ 36,500
- 4 years: ₹ 40,000
The in-hand salary will be 70%, and 30% will be contributed to the Agnivar Corpus Fund. Matching of contribution by the government.
Apart from this, Agnivers will get life insurance of 48 48 lakhs and life insurance of 4 years later (including 10.04 lakhs of service funds).
