- Graduate in any discipline of Science/Engineering/BE/B.Tech from a recognized university (regular)
- MBA or Marketing/Cells, Retail Management, Logistics and Supply Management, or Equal in a recognized university (regular) in Operations Management
- Minimum 60% marks in all qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in marketing or related fields (preferably in management system certification)
