step 1: Go to the official website of Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) www.psc.uk.gov.in / www.ukpsc.net.in.
step 2: Go to the announcement section on the left side of the homepage, then click on the link that reads “online application for Uttarakhand United States Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Examination -2025”.
