SPSC Forest Guard Eligibility Criteria Details 2025
Ability:
Candidates should be passed class 10th or X from a recognized board. In addition to educational qualifications, they should know any state language of Sikkim and become familiar with the customs and uses of the state.
Age limit:
Applicants should get a minimum age of 18 years and should not exceed the maximum age of 24 years by 30/04/2025. This age limit has been decided according to the government of Sikkim norms under notification number 107/General/DOP dated 16/01/1996.
Forest guard pay details
Candidates selected for the post of forest guard will be kept in level 6 of salary matrix according to government norms. However, during the period of probation, training, or training, their salary will be controlled by notification number 489/General/DOP dated 31.10.2011. Basic salary and other allowances will be given as per the rules of the Sikkim government.
