IBPS PO Preliminary Examination is scheduled to be held in October 2024. Given its competitive nature, candidates preparing for the IBPS PO 2024 exam should familiarize themselves with courses and exam patterns to improve the possibility of success.
IBPS PO recruitment process is conducted in three stages: initial, main and interview. Candidates must qualify at each stage to be selected.
IBPS PO Selection Process
In order to be selected as an probationary officer (PO) in IBPS, candidates have to clean all three stages of the examination. The final selection is based on the marks made in the Mains Examination and Interview. The main examination and interview weightage is 80:20 respectively.

IBPS PO Exam Pattern 2024 includes a three-phase selection process, including a main examination with both initial examination, objective and descriptive classes, and one final interview, each is designed to assess various skills significant for the role of an advocate-headed officer.
