The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has issued a details of pre-repatriation training (PET) for candidates applying for the post of Administrative Officer (AO) Scale I as part of the notification for the recruitment of 266 generalists and experts. This initiative is aimed at supporting candidates related to SC, ST, OBC and PWBD categories, who have opted for PET facility during the online application process. Pre-Polarvity Training is a structured training session organized by NICL for reserved category candidates that helps them prepare them more effectively for the recruitment examination. With the prescribed training from 14 to 17 July 2025, this initiative is designed to empower SC, ST, OBC and PWBD candidates and helps them to reach the exam with more confidence. This includes training modules NICL AO 2025 Logic capacity, quantitative qualification, general awareness and examination on English language, usually the main section of the initial written examination.

The official notification mentions that all relevant information including login credentials and training instructions will be sent to the candidates through their registered email address. Therefore, all candidates who are eligible for PET are strongly advised to check their inbox (including spam/junk folder) regularly to ensure that they do not miss any significant communication from NICL.
For many candidates of reserved categories, PET acts as a valuable confidence-making tool, especially for the first time national level examination attempts.
