SSC JE Understanding Eligibility Criteria
SSC JE recruitment is mainly conducted for the posts of Junior Engineer in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Branches. According to the official notification, the SSC clearly refers to the educational qualification required for each post and department.

SSC JE has no specific posts for electronics and communication engineering (ECE). Therefore, ECE study cannot apply for SSC JE 2025. Eligibility is strictly branch-specific: citizens, electrical and mechanical.

- ISRO Scientific/Engineer (ECE)
- DRDO
- Bharat Electronics Limited (Bell)
- Ecil, Barc, and other PSU recruitment ece graduates
- PSU Jobs or M.Tech Gate for Admission (ECE)
- State-level AE/JE Exam where ECE is allowed (vary by state)
