The West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) has released the official guidelines and WBSSC SLST exam center list for the 2nd SLST 2025 exam. The exam for class 9-10 (secondary level) will be held on 7 September 2025 (Sunday) from 12 noon to 2 pm, while the examination of class 11-12 (Higher Secondary Level) is scheduled at the same time for 14 September 2025 (Sunday). For the Second State Level Selection Test (SLST), the WBSSC SLST exam center list 2025 site provides information about the district, examination area, examination center name and the total seating capacity of each center. Along with this, candidates can also find guidelines given to various officers, such as the patron of the question booklets, the officer-in-charge, site-in-charge, supervisor and infigilater. These officers are involved in the proper execution of the examination process.

WBSSC SLST exam day instructions
- Candidates will have to reach the examination center by 11 am.
- The entrance will be closed at 11:45 am, and after that, no one is allowed to enter the examination center.
- Candidates can use only a transparent black or blue ballpoint pen to fill the OMR answer sheet.
- Bring your admit card (printed copy) and any one original, valid government ID (eg, PAN card, driving license, voter ID, passport, Aadhaar card). Photocopy or expired ID will not be accepted.
- You cannot leave the exam hall before 1:30 pm (blind candidates can leave after 1:50 pm).
Restricted items and exam instructions
Candidates should examine these instructions related to the exam
Do not take any of the following:
- Watches (any kind)
- Calculator or log table
- Mobile phone or electronic device
- If found, you will be immediately expelled.
Other instructions:
- Submit the filled OMR sheet to the Infigilater.
- Keep the duplicate copy of the OMR sheet and the question paper with you.
- To avoid any confusion on the day of examination, go to the examination venue a day before or verify.
- All centers will have CCTV monitoring, and frisking is mandatory.
- You have to sign both OMR sheet and attendance sheet during the exam
