Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has canceled the Junior Engineer (Electrical) Examination for the Department of Power Development due to weather -related disruption in one of the nominated examination centers. JKSSB JE 2025 OMR-based examination was scheduled for 24 August 2025 (Sunday) and set to take place in 35 centers in Jammu and Srinagar districts.
While the examination was successfully conducted at 34 places, a center faced weather issues, which needed to be canceled. In the light of this situation, the board has decided to cancel the OMR-based examination for the status of Junior Engineer (Electrical) in the Department of Power Development, which was held on 24 August 2025. Later a new date of examination will be announced.
