The application process for NLC India Limited Apprenticeship Training Program for 2025 is a two-step process that combines online registration and compulsory hard copy submission. Steps to apply for NLC India Apprenticeship 2025
step 1: Candidates have to visit the official website www.nlcedia.com.
step 2: Go to the career page, click on the trainee and trainee tab, and select Advt No. BP 01/2025.
step 3: Register yourself. Ensure that you have a valid and active Apprentice registration enrollment number registered under the NAPS/NADS portal, and that your profile is 100% updated correctly.
step 4: Fill all the required details carefully in the online application form and submit it.
Step 5: After successful submission, download and print the application form for future reference.
Step 6: Send a printed application with self-contained copies of the required certificate (as mentioned in the official notification) by the post at the address given below. The documents should reach the office at the official postal address before 30 October 2025, before 5:00 pm.

NLC India Apprenticeship 2025: Selection Process
Will be based on selection process
- Percentage of marks obtained in the eligibility examination of related discipline
- After the document verification.
The method of selection will be based on the percentage of total marks made in the related qualification examination, which is based on business or discipline, as follows:
- Trade Apprentice (ITI): Selection will be based on the percentage of marks made by the candidates in all subjects of ITI examination and NCVT in the respective business.
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma): Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the diploma of relevant discipline.
- Graduate Apprentice: Engineering/Non-Engineering (BE/B.Tech./B.Com./BBA or equivalent):
Selection will be based on percentage of marks obtained in all semesters of qualifying degree - For b.com/BBA (non-engineering): The selection will be based on the overall percentage of marks made in all semesters of the respective degree.
- Conversion of percentage of grade/CGPA to percentage: If the candidate is awarded CGPA/Grade, equivalent percentage will be calculated based on the conversion process followed by the concerned university/institute. If no specific scheme is provided by the university:
- CGPA will be multiplied by 10 to establish equality in percentage.
- If Marx is awarded the semester-wise, the percentage will be an average of all semesters from 2th year to final year.
- If the digits are awarded year-wise, the percentage will be the average of the digits obtained in all academic years.
