UGC NET MBA Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible to apply for UGC NET examination a candidate must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
- Master’s Degree (MBA- Master of Business Administration) with minimum 55% marks.
- There is a relaxation of 5% in marks for SC, ST and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates.
- Students who are pursuing MBA and are in the final year can also apply for the UGC NET exam.
UGC NET Management vs UGC NET Commerce
The scope of the commerce stream is wide and has many specialized areas. Candidates with any specialized MBA or general MBA can apply for UGC NET in Management. On the other hand, candidates with M.Com (Masters in Commerce) are eligible to apply for UGC NET Commerce. To prepare for the above exams, candidates must have a complete understanding of the syllabus and also practice solving previous year question papers and mock tests. They can also refer to various books and study materials available in the market.
Is MBA valid for UGC NET?
