- Hold a law degree recognized by the Bar Council of India as on 05.01.2025.
- Desired: Knowledge of the customs, manners, dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for working in its specific conditions.

- Age Relaxation: 3 years for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Himachal Pradesh.

- SC, ST, OBC, Dependents of Freedom Fighters/Ex-Servicemen (HP): Rupee. 150
