age
- Upper Age Limit: Below 64 years as on 31.07.2024.
- Candidates should be in good health.
Educational qualification
- Necessary: Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized university.
- Desired: Preference will be given to retired officers with background in rural development, such as agricultural finance officers, rural development officers, or faculty with expertise in rural banking and development.
Experience and other criteria
- Must have retired at least after joining Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) or superannuation 20 years of serviceInvolved 15 years in officer cadre,
- Branch Manager Experience: Minimum three years in rural branch.
- language proficiency: Must be well versed in the local language.
- Place of Residence: Must be a resident of the same state/district.
- service record: Must have spotless service record and satisfactory certificate from previous employer.
Holiday
- Entitled to 12 days leave per year (maximum 2 days/month).
