- Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized university/institute and first cash mine manager Competition Certificate (FMCC) from DGMS.
Experience:
- The candidate should retire from General Manager (GM) (E8) level in a government.

- Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge of open-cost mining, mining geology and statutory approval.
- Experience in dealing with government officials and regulatory bodies.
- The mining project scheme, implementation and operation in coal mining projects will be handled.
