POWERGRID Officer Trainee Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Selection for PGCIL Officer Trainee Recruitment 2024 is based on UGC-NET December 2024 score followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Candidates need to qualify in the relevant UGC-NET paper to get shortlisted for the next stage. The final selection is done by giving 85% weightage to UGC-NET score, 3% to GD and 12% to PI. General and EWS candidates must score at least 40% marks in the interview, while reserved category candidates must score 30% marks. It is mandatory to qualify the interview to be included in the final merit list.
