1. nationality:
- Should be an Indian citizen.
- Must be one Assam,
- Must be Permanent resident certificate Or Employment exchange registration certificate From Assam.
2. Educational Qualification:
- A Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Citizen and 3-year Diploma in Planning From a recognized institution by AICTE.
- Diploma should be one Regular full -time course,
- Obtained through diploma Distance mode Will not be accepted.
3. Age limit (as on 01-01-2025):
- minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 40 years
Age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years (up to 45 years)
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years (up to 43 years)
- dogs of War: Till 42 years (ur) with rest for reserved categories
- commission: 10 years for all categories
