BEL Probationary Engineer Selection Process 2025
The selection process for BEL Probationary Engineer Recruitment 2025 will be done as per the company norms. The detailed selection stages and evaluation process are explained below.

Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria and whose online applications are accepted will be provisionally shortlisted for Computer-Based Test (CBT).

Minimum qualifying marks are 35% for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 30% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates – applicable separately for both CBT and Interview.

On the basis of performance in CBT, candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5.

Final selection will be made considering the combined marks of both the stages: CBT: 85 marks and Interview: 15 marks.
- Candidates have to login to BEL website to download their CBT call letter. Call letters will not be sent by email or post.

Applicants whose forms have been accepted will have to appear for CBT at their allotted centers as mentioned in the call letter.
