BHEL Engineer Trainee and Supervisor Trainee 2025 Selection Process
According to the notification issued by BHEL, the selection process for engineer trainee posts will start with a computer-based examination (CBE). Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their CBE score and number of available vacancies. Shortlisting will follow 1: 5 ratio with selected candidates in order of qualification within each discipline and category. The final merit list will be made by giving CBE score 75% weightage and 25% weightage for interview score.
For supervisor trainee posts, candidates will also have to appear for computer-based examination (CBE). Based on their CBE performance, candidates will be shortlisted for document verification. Shortlisting will be 1: 3 ratio for the number of vacancies in each category. Document is the second stage of verification/check -up phase selection process. All the candidates who are shortlisted for this phase must participate and complete it, as there is an essential requirement to consider for the final merit list.
