- Comment: The impression should be clear and there should not be a blot. Candidates should ensure that print is visible properly.
Handwritten announcement
A handwritten announcement is a compulsory document where the candidate confirms the accuracy of the information provided. This should be written by the applicant in its handwriting (not type or capital).

“I ________ (Name of the candidate), _______ (date of birth) announces that all the information I presented in the application form is correct, truth and valid. - Pwd candidates: Disability certificate from a recognized medical authority.
