The GSERC Junza Shikak allocation process for non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools is based on the preferences of the candidates and a qualification cum preference system, which consider vacancies in various departments, mediums, subjects and categories. Candidates who do not provide their priorities or fail to secure the school are kept out of the recruitment process. Those allocating a school will have to download their allocation letter from www.gseerc.in and report to the school prescribed with the required documents.
