- Register on the appropriate apprenticeship portal (NAPS/NATS).
- Fill the Google Application form very carefully. ‘Incomplete and incorrectly filled’ application forms may be rejected
- Incomplete application form or application form sent through any means other than Google Application Form will not be accepted.
- The last date to send the application form through Google Application Form is 31/10/2025. Google Application Form submitted after 31/10/2025 will not be accepted.
- Candidates who have completed/resigned/terminated/undergoing apprentice training from any organization or are registered under the Apprentice Act are not eligible for the selection process.
HAL Apprentice Selection Process
The selection of candidates for HAL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 will be purely on the basis of merit. Check the selection criteria given below:
- Selection for appointment of trainees will be based on 100% merit with 100% weightage given to the total marks obtained in Diploma in Engineering/General Stream Graduate/Technical Diploma/MOM&SP examination.
- Reservation will be implemented as per the Apprentice Act- 1961.

HAL Apprenticeship Salary 2025
Selected candidates will get monthly stipend as per Apprentice Act, 1961. HAL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Stipend Details Check Below:
- The apprentices will undergo training for one year under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.
- Payment of monthly stipend will be as per rules or as amended by BOAT, Kanpur.
- Selected candidates will have to execute a contract for the entire training period.
- On completion of apprenticeship, the contract will terminate, and HAL is not obliged to provide employment.
