Qualification for the post: Must have a first class PhD in the relevant discipline or equivalent previous degree and a very good academic record. PhD degree must be obtained on or before the closing date of application.
Qualifications for the post of Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law: LLM (Law Graduate) followed by LLM (Law Master) with first class or equivalent PhD and very good overall academic record. At least 5 years’ experience of litigation in Civil/Criminal Courts of India, in the area of procedural law.
Qualifications for the post of Center of Excellence in Public Policy, Law and Governance: BA/BSc/LLB (Bachelor of Law) followed by MA/MSc/LLM (Master of Law) with first class PhD and very good academic record throughout the course.
Qualifications for the post in Education Department: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics: (a) Master’s degree in relevant subject and PhD in relevant subject. (B) B.Ed. is desirable.
