Ph.D. in Seismology/ Physics/ Geophysics/ Earth Sciences/ Oceanography/ Oceanography/ Marine Biology/ Atmospheric Science/ Climatology/ Meteorology/ Oceanography/ Physical Oceanography/ Chemical Oceanography/ Mathematics.
Or - with master’s degree,
Master’s degree in Seismology/Physics/Geophysics/Earth Science/Oceanography/Atmospheric Science/Ocean Technology/Ocean Engineering with at least three years of research, teaching, or design and development experience and a minimum in Science Citation Index (SCI) At least two research papers from ) journals.

Educational Qualification and Experience:
Doctoral degree including Social Work/Sociology/Gender Studies/Public Health/Disaster Management, or PhD in relevant field and desired experience.
