How to check KVS 2 Lottery Results 2025
Parents can follow these simple steps to reach the results:
- Go kvsangathan.nic.in,
- Click on the “Admission 2025-26” section on the homepage.
- Click “Second Admission List for Class 1/Balvatika”.
- Enter your child’s application number or registration ID.
- Entry status will be displayed. Parents can save or print the result for future reference.
Additionally, individual KVS schools can publish results on their respective websites or school notice boards. It is appropriate to check with the applied school for direct updates.

Parents whose children’s names appear in the second admission list should complete the following stages to secure admission:
Document verification
The selected candidates should visit the Kandriya Vidyalayala allotted with the original and photocopy of the required documents, including:
- Birth certificate
- Aadhar card of child and parents
- Address proof (eg, electricity bill, ration card)
- Caste certificate (if applied)
fee payment
After successful verification, parents will have to pay the entry fee as per KVS guidelines. The seat will be confirmed only on the completion of this step.
What if your child is still on the waiting list?
If your child’s name is not in the second list, do not lose hope. Here are the next steps:
- Stay update: For the regular KVS website and the notice board of the respective school, see the vacancy update.
- Contact school administration: Some vacancies may arise if the selected candidates fail to complete the admission process within the stipulated time.
- Waiting for third lottery list: If the seats remain unaware after the second round, KVS may release the third admission list on April 7, 2025.
KVS Entry 2025 for classes 2-12 and Balvatika 2
In addition to classes 1 and Balvatika (1 and 3) admission, KVS has also started the registration process for Balvatika -2 and classes 2 to 12 (except class 11). The offline registration process for these sections starts from April 2, 2025, and will be open until April 11, 2025 under the availability of seat.
