Lahdc selection process 2025
The selection process for LAHDC recruitment 2025 is designed to ensure fair and qualified recruitment in all posts. The primary stage of selection includes a written examination, which will be purposeful and offline (OMR-based). Here is how the process works:
- Written test (100 marks)
All eligible applicants will have to appear for a written test including 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs). For each wrong answer, 0.25 digits will be cut, emphasis will be laid on the importance of accuracy with knowledge. - Minimum qualification mark
To achieve qualification, candidates will have to score at least 35% of the total marks, regardless of the category. - Merit-based shortlisting
The selection will be strictly based on qualification. If two or more candidates secure the same marks, the old candidate (according to age) will be given more space. - Document verification
Candidates who have qualified for the written examination will be called for a counseling session, during which the original documents will be verified. Final appointments will be made only after successful verification.
