Odisha Police Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for Constables/Constables in OSAP IRB is based on the performance of the candidates in Written Test, Physical Test, Driving Test and Medical Examinations. The final selection list will be prepared in descending order of total marks obtained by them in written examinations, driving test and NCC equal to the number of vacancies advertised. Candidates possessing one or more NCC certificates viz: ‘A’ or ‘B’ or ‘C’ will be given 02 bonus marks. These marks will be given after proper verification of original certificates.

- Driving Test (Option (A) for Heavy Motor Vehicles – 05 marks

OSAP IRB Constable Physical Standard Test
Based on the performance of the candidates in the OMR written examination, candidates totaling five times the category-wise vacancies for each district/establishment will be called to appear for Physical Standard Measurement in the order of merit. Only those who qualify in the physical standard measurement will be allowed to participate in the physical efficiency test.
