Odisha Ri Eri Amin Mains Exam 2025 canceled
The Odisha Sub-Ordinary Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has canceled its ongoing OSSSC Cre recruitment process after facing serious allegations of misconduct and legal investigation. The decision was reported in the Odisha High Court by Advocate General Pitambar Acharya, stating that the entire recruitment cycle has been canceled.
A total of 2895 vacancies for Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI), Amin, Revenue Inspectors (RI), ICDS supervisors and statistical field surveyors through the Joint Recruitment Exam 2023 (IV).

According to the official notice issued by the Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) on 30 July 2025, the High Court has directed the OSSSC to re-establish the recruitment process, which had already applied. A new notification for the preliminary examination is expected to be released within 14 days, the possibility by 15 August. The official notice is attached below.
What after this?
Under Justice Birja Prasanna Satti, the Odisha High Court has directed the OSSSC to resume the recruitment process. Only candidates who had already applied will be eligible for the revised process. No fresh application will be accepted, and candidates will not need to pay any additional fee. A fresh notification for the preliminary examination is expected to be held by 15 August 2025.
