Steps to apply online for OICL assistant 2025

A. Application Registration
1. Pre-requisite before applying:
- Keep a picture (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm), signature, left thumb impression, and scanned images of handwritten declaration (text below).

- The signature must be in the lowercase only, and in the handwriting of the applicant, the handwritten announcement should be in English.
2. Text for handwritten announcement:
“I, ____ (Name of the candidate), announced that all the information I presented in the application form is correct, correct and valid. I will present the assistant documents and when needed.”
3. Registration Process:
- Go to the career section and click “Apply online”.
- Click “Click here for new registration”, fill the personal details, and note the provisional registration number and password.
- To save the entries, use “Save and use”, upload the required documents, and proceed to fee payment.

B. Payment of application fee
Payments should be made online only through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. Candidates must ensure a successful transaction and print the e-regipket as evidence.

C. Guidelines for scanning and uploading documents
Photograph: Recently colorful passport size, white background, 200 × 230 pixels, size: 20-50 kB.
Signature and left thumb impression: On white paper with black/blue ink, 140 × 60 pixels, size: 10-20 kB.
Handwritten Declaration: In English, black ink, size: 20-50 kB.
Ensure that the documents are in JPEG/JPG format. Any mismatch in the signatures uploaded during the examination can lead to disqualification.
