eligibility criteria
Age limit (on 19/04/2025):
- General: Up to 35 years
- OBC (NCL): Up to 38 years
Educational qualification:
Each situation requires 10+2 qualifications and diplomas in the relevant sector from the government recognized institute. Candidates with high qualification or work experience will be given preference.
For example:
- X-ray Technician: Diploma in Medical Radiology Technology (2 years minimum).
- Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy and Pharmacy should be registered with the council.
- Important care technician: Critical Care Tech and Diploma in 1-Year ICU experience.

Salary and Benefits Pal Recruitment 2025
Monthly salary:
- For SL. Number 1 to 7: ₹ 17,020 (original ₹ 10,000 + allowance) 7,020)
- For SL. Number 8 (Physiotherapist): ₹ 25,000 (Original ₹ 17,980 + Allowance ₹ 7,020)
Work hours:
- 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (48 hours a total).
- Holiday: 7 days annual holiday + national holidays.
