SBI SCO Eligibility Criteria Details
Ability:
For the post of Dean, candidates should have a minimum 55% marks or MBA/Executive MBA with PhD. From top Indian/international business schools. People with qualifications in banking and finance and teaching experiences will be given preference. External faculty applicants must have a postgraduate degree or MBA (minimum 55% marks), preferably in HR/finance. Ph.D. And additional certificates in the relevant domain are desirable. For marketing executive, a minimum of 55% marks in MBA (marketing) is mandatory.
Age limit:
The maximum age limit for Dean and external faculty posts is 55 years as 31.12.2024. For marketing executive status, the age should not exceed 40 years. The minimum age to apply for application is 28 years.
Age relaxation:
Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD and other reserved categories.
SBI SCO Salary Details
Dean will get an annual CTC from ₹ 35 lakh to ₹ 60 lakh (80% fixed and 20% variable pay), while the external faculty will earn ₹ 25 lakh to ₹ 50 lakhs annually (70% fixed and 30% variables). Marketing executive will be paid between ₹ 25 lakh to ₹ 40 lakh per year (60% fixed and 40% variable). The allowances include travel allowance, housing (optional), leave benefits, and more.

SBI SCO Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. Just fulfillment of merit does not guarantee an interview call. The interview will have 100 points, and the final qualification will be fixed only on the basis of the interview score. CTC negotiations will be held for shortlisted candidates.
Application fee and payment details
The application fee is ₹ 750 for General/EWS/OBC candidates. SC/ST/PWBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee. Payments should be made online using debit cards, credit cards or internet banking.
