A time registration (OTR) refers to the process where candidates create a single profile on a portal to apply for several exams using the same login details. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is responsible for many exams, CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS, GD, etc., when a candidate wanted to apply for these exams, he had to log in separately and had to fill the form every time, which used to do complex and time-off. Therefore, SSC uses a time registration (OTR) to make the process easier with single login for all exams.
SSC OTR 2025
All the candidates who want to appear for any SSC exam have to first complete the One Time Registration (OTR). Candidates will have to visit the official website of Staff Selection Commission, www.ssc.gov.in for SSC OTR 2025. For registration, candidates must submit the required details, and after registering, they can use the same login ID to apply for any SSC exam. Whether you are applying for any SSC recruitment exam, OTR is the first and should be, it creates a single profile that can be used for all future SSC applications.
SSC OTR 2025 registration process
One time registration (OTR) is mandatory for all those candidates who want to apply for the SSC exam. Below SSC is a step-by-step process to complete a time registration process-
- Enter your original details like: Name, father’s name, mother’s name, mobile number, email ID, class 10 (high school) roll number
- Check and verify your OTR profile details, then click on submit
- You will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and email
- Your share I registration is now complete, and you will see your OTR registration number on the screen.
- Go to your email and use the default password to log in with your registration number.
- Change your password and login again to enter more details like nationality, category, visible identity mark and address
- Click on preview to check all the information. After verification, press the submit button.
- Then, your SSC OTR registration is now complete

- Mobile number (OTP verification)
- Email ID (OTP VII)
- Aadhaar number or any of these ID proof: Voter ID / PAN / Passport / Driving License / School or College ID / employer ID
- 10th grade details: Board, roll number, year of passing

SSC One Time Registration 2025 Link

After registration, candidates can log in to the SSC dashboard using their registration details at any time. SSC revised Aadhar Policy
SSC has made some significant changes in the One Time Registration (OTR) process. From 2 June 2025, OTR will be connected to your Aadhaar card. By adding Aadhaar, SSC confirms who is the candidate, who helps avoid any mismatch and prevent fraud during examination and recruitment. This amended base policy provides an additional layer of authentication and safety.
