Up police constable physical test 2025
The UP Police Constable Physical Test 2025 will include a physical standard test and a physical eligibility test. Eligible candidates in the written examination will be called to appear for physical testing, which is eligible in nature.
UP Police Constable Physical Standard Test (PST)
Running Test: Male candidates have to complete a 4.8 km race in 25 minutes, and female candidates have to complete 2.4 km in 14 minutes.
Height:
- The minimum height for General/OBC category men is 168 cm.
- The minimum height for the SC category is 160 cm.
- The minimum height for women candidates is 152 cm, while for ST category women it is 147 cm.
weight:
- The minimum weight for men is 50 kg.
- The minimum weight for women is 40 kg.
Chest Measurement:
- For men, it should be 79 cm without inflation and 84 cm with inflation, minimum inflation of 5 cm.
