EPFO EO/AO & APFC Eligibility Criteria
To apply for UPSC EPFO recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Educational qualification
eyes: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institute.
APFC: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent. Desirable qualifications include a diploma in company law, labor law or public administration.

UPSC EPFO Selection Process
The recruitment will be done after an interview through a pen-end-paper based joint recruitment test (CRT).
Exam Plan:
- The CRT will be of a period of two hours.
- All questions will take the same marks.
- The test will include objective-type questions with multiple answers.
- The medium of exam will be English and Hindi.
- Negative marking will be: One-third of the mark assigned to a question will be cut for every wrong answer.
- Candidates who qualify only in written examination will be shortlisted for interview.
EPFO probation period
The selected candidates will serve the two -year probation period, during which their performance will be assessed before the service confirmed.
